The Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) requires that certain information be disclosed to Members of the Association annually. This information is provided pursuant to Colorado’s Common Interest Ownership Act, C.R.S. section 38-33.3-209.4:

Copies of the Declaration and further supplements thereto, as well as the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and any additional rules, regulations and responsible governance policies of Gargoyle Condominiums (“Governing Documents”) may be obtained from SilverStar Property Management or from this web site (contact information above).
