CCIOA Required Disclosures

The Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) requires that certain information be disclosed to Members of the Association annually.   This information is provided pursuant to Colorado’s Common Interest Ownership Act, C.R.S. section 38-33.3-209.4:

The initial General Declaration for Gargoyle Condominiums was recorded November 17, 1977, at Reception No. 204412 in the records of the San Miguel County, Colorado – Clerk and Recorder and has since been supplemented (“Declaration”).  Copies of the Declaration and further supplements thereto, as well as the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and any additional rules, regulations and responsible governance policies of Gargoyle Condominiums (“Governing Documents”) may be obtained from SilverStar Property Management or from this web site (contact information above).  
 
6. Gargoyle’s fiscal year commences on January 1 
 
7. Gargoyle’s Quarterly assessment rates for 2026 may be obtained from SilverStar Property Management (contact information above).

10. Gargoyle’s previous annual meeting minutes were approved at the most recent annual meeting and provided to owners in that annual meeting packet.
